Or maybe it was the day you realized that as much as you’d like to be living your boldest life, doing your biggest work, right now, anxiety and fear is calling the shots.

You know that things can’t go on like this.

What you don’t know is that these are actually all iterations of the same problem.

Whether you’re struggling to find love or feeling overwhelmed and stuck, the underlying issue is the same: disconnection.

Every relationship you have, starting with yourself, is built on connection. Get your connection with yourself right, and all your relationships will inevitably benefit.

But the flip side is also true: disconnection within yourself will have a negative effect on all the other relationships.

That’s where I come in.

I am a therapist located in Lancaster County, PA. My desire is to teach Individual women struggling to develop healthy personal relationships and Couples - just starting out or wanting to build better a relationship, how to have healthy, connected relationships.

Individuals learn to self manage their stress and anxiety, release their emotional pain, re-wire limiting self beliefs, and clear blocks to performance in order to live a life that’s full of limitless possibilities. I do this using the tools of Talk Therapy, Emotional Freedom Techniques - aka- “tapping”- this incredible life-changing, energy-healing tool and Equine therapy - which is a deep and spiritual way to heal and discover connection to yourself, others and nature with the help of the presence of a horse.

Life is all about the relationship. Good relationships make people feel safe, nurtured, trusted and respected. The ability to build healthy, connected, and attuned relationships with self, others and the natural world is one of the most important skills any person can acquire.
